Cancellation Policy

By booking the Selfie Photo Booth service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Payment * A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date. * The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for rescheduling. * Retainers are non-refundable. * Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments. * No-shows will not be refunded. 3. Event Details & Setup * Client must provide adequate space (minimum 8ft x 8ft) and access to a standard power outlet. * Setup requires approximately 45 minutes prior to the start time. * Breakdown requires approximately 30 minutes after the event. * Booth time begins at the scheduled start time. 4. Booth Operation & Use * Booth use is unlimited during the booked time unless otherwise specified. * Props must be used appropriately and returned in good condition. * Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. * The company reserves the right to suspend service if misuse or unsafe behavior occurs. 5. Equipment & Damage * Client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by guests due to misuse or negligence. * Equipment must remain under the supervision of booth staff. * The company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. 6. Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) * Outdoor events require a covered or indoor backup location. * Service may be paused or discontinued due to unsafe weather conditions without liability. 7. Media & Delivery * Digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or sharing link. * Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days after the event. * Raw or unedited images are not provided. 8. Usage & Rights * The company retains copyright ownership of all images. * Client grants permission for images to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided. 9. Liability * The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during booth use. * Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims arising from booth usage. 10. Force Majeure * The company is not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including power outages, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
